Question/Advice Low LH
Hi everyone! đ
This is our second month of trying to conceive, and I'm still new to all of this.
As you can see in the Premom screenshot, my LH seems to be dropping instead of rising. At first it was 0.33 and suddenly dropped to 0.08.
We had intercourse today, and I'm wondering if there's still a chance of getting pregnant, even though my LH hasn't peaked yet.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post! â¨ď¸

LH doesnât usually steadily rise, it fluctuates there have been times when mine gets close to a positive but then goes back to being light and then a few days later I get a true peak. I donât peak until CD 18-20 usually unlike the âtraditionalâ cycle of CD 14. Is there a chance? Kinda because sperm can live inside for 3-5 days, however your chances are the highest the days following your peak.
LH is also just hard to track, there are so many things that can make the levels different - the time of day you are taking it, if you drink a lot of water in the 2 hours leading up to the test. Etc I try to take it at the same time every day once a day until CD 16 then I test twice a day, and I try to limit water intake two hours before testing.
Some people will say to only test between 10am-9pm because LH builds throughout the day but others say just testing when you can is sufficient.
Just do what you can! I would say based off these tests your peak is still coming :) sorry for the buttload of information I donât talk about this with anyone bc no one knows weâre trying so I tend to spew info when asked.
