NCAA/High School Settings??

Does anybody have good settings that are realistic, or at least will make my league more like NCAA or high school, rather than professional? I'm trying to create a remake of my states high school football league, with the top 200 teams. But I want it to be similar to real HS or even collegiate sports were the players can only be on the team for a max 4 years (not including wtv bs irl players be doing to stay in college or wtv)

If you have any examples or ideas PLEASE lmk!!

I did this with my basketball league in basketball its kinda easy just add multiple teams do a random league and change the ages and draft classes

In football its possible but it is so many teams and players that it would take a long time to do every single player but that's the only good way. U don't wanna  put high school ages before u generate the league because it's gonna be low overall talent.
