I had a lot of firsts tonight!!

I have always wanted to be in the pit, wall of death, and crowd surf, but I have always been to afraid of getting hurt. Tonight for Motionless in White, like I said I would all day, I got in the pit, I participated in the wall of death for the end of Slaughterhouse, and I crowd surfed for like 30 seconds during Eternally Yours. I have seen MIW twice but in seats at other shows. I’ve never seen them at a place like this, and it was such an amazing experience

She probably isn’t on Reddit, but there was a girl with her friend that hyped me up and encouraged me to get in the pit and we went together. Huge thank you to her for staying with me until we got separated. Huge thank you to everyone who was part of that crowd toward the middle, everyone was so great to each other. I fell and was back on my feet before I realized I fell. A girl handed me her water because I was sweating from all of the movement. You guys made the experience everything it could be and I am so grateful for all of you

Edit; the crowd surfing part ended because I got dropped :( I had my legs and arms crossed, could I have prevented the drop? Maybe? I wanted so badly to make it all the way to the end. Still had so much fun though!!

It def wasnt your fault you got dropped, some parts of the crowd were incredibly unhelpful, and lots of the crowd just had bad form. People were trying to pass off the surfers too quickly than actually trying to hold some weight. I bet people were also worn out bc all these big ass dudes decided they wanted to surf. Im surprised i didnt see more people get dropped.

Yep! Came here to say this. The main stage crowd was very inexperienced with crowd surfing and would actively dodge or throw surfers instead of carrying them so a lot of bad or early falls. Everyone was carried with brutal care at the Shed and we knew when to give them a controlled letdown

I feel like security at all shows need to start kicking people who drop crowd surfers/don’t help to the back. We all know that it’s the ‘stans’ who can’t be bothered to hold up their arms without their phones in them and help.

It's all good, I also had everything crossed right before bring me came on stage and I got dropped by a bunch of short tiktok fans in the front. Luckily that was right where I wanted to be though!
