Nothing lost for me I guess. I never signed up for Legacy Games despite the free games on Amazon Prime. I claimed everything else.

Yeah, it seems that way. Just one more legacy game to go for this month which is next week.

I really hope they haven't made any further agreement with legacy coz at that point it'll be like amazon dumping the remaining legacy game codes which is a lost cause at that point.

I've never used Legacy Games. This goes to anyone that might know:

Are the game setups/archives downloadable so I can use them offline forever, or do I need to use their launcher?

Sounds like you will be able to download and install once if you do it before they shut down, then you will need authorized launcher to be able to play only that exact authorized install. I suspect if you change hardware significantly or migrate to a new computer it will lose authorization and the game is done. Please note that if you uninstall a game after that date, you won’t be able to download it again.

Presumably they're talking about the domain being gone/invalid, but it certainly sounds like there's no offline installers for each game, unfortunately.

Someone on another thread wrote that the launcher saves the the installers in the temp folder while it’s running them, and they can be copied from there if one is quick enough.

Well, forget official statements. If you run the LG launcher to do the a) download and b) install steps automatically - you can get a copy of the DRM free game installer during step b) from your TEMP folder and save that for infinite and later DRM free use on any PC ever. Do that. I have.

I was thinking of trying that, or even looking at network traffic to see if I could get the URL to the installer that way.

I imagine that Amazon is obligated to distribute games for Legacy Games until the final date specified in the contract, this date might coincide with, or occur shortly before, the deadline for redeeming codes/keys for Legacy Games.

Trash Goblin was already given away by EGS itself like a month ago so it's pretty silly that Prime is giving it away again on the exact same platform considering Luna is part of a paid service... This isn't the first time Prime/Luna has done this either.

Aww, I just bought Caravan Sand Witch a couple of days ago and played quite a bit. Oh well, good to support smaller devs, I guess.
