I watched many social media accounts covering narcissism and gangstalking but why can’t the mainstream media deal with it? Is the government or other governing orgs controlling this? I mean, I understand these sick people want to break us down mentally, socially and financially. Considering they often target innocent and good people, should this be investigated along with narcissism and group thinking? Has anyone contacted journalists or anyone who might be interested in this phenomenon? It’s a shame….

The group targeting me, who are mostly German, is trying to normalize electromagnetic harassment and torture by presenting it as “the new thing” or the future. Their actions and the technology they use does not excuse violations of human rights. Non-consensual human experimentation breaks the Nuremberg Code and violates many laws.

Do we want a future that is built without consent, accountability, and human dignity?

I’m posting this because I need somewhere to talk about what I’ve been experiencing and hopefully get some advice from people who will listen without immediately judging me.

For approximately six months, I’ve been experiencing situations that have left me feeling watched, followed, and extremely uncomfortable when I leave my home. This has been stressful and exhausting, and I’m struggling to understand what is happening.

I want to make something clear: I’m not on drugs, I’m not involved in illegal activities, and I’m not doing anything that I believe would explain why I feel this way. I’m just trying to live my life, go to work, take care of my responsibilities, and feel safe.

What makes this especially difficult is that I feel more comfortable inside my home, but when I go outside, I sometimes feel like I’m being watched or followed. It has affected my peace of mind and made ordinary activities more stressful than they should be.

I’ve been trying to make sense of everything for months, and I don’t know who to talk to about it. I’m not looking for people to mock me, call me names, or automatically assume they know what is happening. I want to have a respectful conversation and hear from people who have experienced prolonged fear or similar situations.

If you’ve experienced something like this, how did you handle it? How did you work through the uncertainty, document things objectively, and start feeling safe again?

I’m open to advice that can genuinely help me understand what I’m experiencing and figure out what to do next. Six months is a long time to feel this kind of stress, and I could really use some support.

Whether man or woman it’s like they say stuff loud enough for you to hear and they are always laughing. I don’t understand what is so funny and why they make fun of someone less fortunate when they are in the same position. They act like their junk don’t stink. This is men and women who do this especially the women yell it while guys talk quiet while laughing. Also notice how they either have a cell phone or earbuds in like they can listen to me. Why do they have to yell it at this point I think I am unfortunately famous other than a spiritual level I’m a target. Aslong as I’m in the same state I don’t want to live in. The only time I am left alone is when I leave the county still the same state but different county. Then again if I show up somewhere then all of sudden it gets crowded or if I go into a bathroom all of sudden like four or five people are outside the bathroom. Either way the ones that attack the hardest are minorities and women. The men try to sneak it but just enough so I notice. I been through so much throughout my life and to be tortured by a whole county is messed up plus this county is ran by a group of people who dislike my kind and I guess if you are too different or don’t fit in they attack.

I've felt like I've had horrible luck my entire life bad luck people always seemed to have bad ideas about me before meeting them. I've seen many strange people who know me without me knowing them.

But here is where the story gets interesting 4 years ago I was kicked out of college for a BS reason. In college I got sick with mold poisoning after this I went home and I got a ton of random sicknesses from a medication (Guanfacine) including permanent ED/sexual issues (my entire reddit is me talking about my chronic illness) and chronic fatigue. Is this at all related to gangstalking? Also around this time I got cut off from everyone too which makes me wonder if a curse was put on me or something else entirely. All these bad things happened in such a short window I got kicked out of school for some false reasoning then I got sick and many other bad things.

what they tried to make me go down for was getting me to have opposites day conversations with gay prostitutes when I'm not remotely close to being gay but only on chaturbate, never did it in person w/o immediate rejection, couldn't remember the chaturbate stuff but it started with women, to trans, to men allegedly and wanted me to be one nasty motherfucker on paper while making it blatant that i was being watched while feeling like friends and police would be watching me... to more mundane things like making me fall head over heels in love with a e girl I didn't know a close detail about where she was a actress who only interacted with me to start gang stalking

to more toxic things, like actions you don't and cant believe happened (so its more in the category of "crimes that don't exist), a lack of continuity filled plot hole of a story with the premise that i would be saying retarded no no things about a gang that ive had 0 interest in before, with the story being so man made you can't argue that if it where to have taken place it would be the most mind controlled bs, just to make it interrogation over live vs death rather then local police vs me that they gave up on kind of, at least id hoped by now but its like talking to a brick wall

where the concept is that i didn't know how to spell a common name on per according to memory tech, in reality i did know how to spell it but their is a catch

apparently googling how to spell a name is the equivalent to not knowing how to spell it in your mind all of a sudden and even using google i just could not figure out how to spell a very, VERY common American and Christian name...kind of a massive fucking plot hole and retarded because if i needed to use google to spell out this name i would have EASILY figured out the right way even if i was spelling it incorrect as the example given to me, not a chance in fucking hell cause again its the easiest ask to learn how to spell a easy to spell name on a computer, using google especially if the only mistake is just two letters that need to swap places!!!....

I’m still being subjected to gangstalking and directed energy weapons on various parts of my body, they read my mind and have hijacked my train of thought. For the past two years I’ve experienced new gangstalkers every single day, from all social classes, all types of people. The gangstalkers are usually unpleasant criminals, but the state, the police, and the intelligence service, who are the ones organizing this, also use perfectly ordinary, well-functioning people: families, older people, younger people. Now the latest thing is that they’re using people in the grocery store I usually go to. Of course the whole neighborhood is in on it too. They’ve used various tactics, like walking aggressively toward me and then going another way and acting like nothing happened, and saying my private thoughts out loud. They’ve worked on drawing my attention to coughing, sniffling, and scratching of the face, so that I will associate these with the gangstalkers who previously walked aggressively toward me, shouted at me, laughed at me, and followed me, and which they can now use anywhere in public. The purpose of all this is obvious, they’re waiting for me to react in a violent, unstable way while pretending they haven’t done anything themselves, and they want to label me paranoid schizophrenic because of these experiences. I’m fairly good at staying calm, so they haven’t managed to make me react yet. It’s obvious that they’re trying to isolate me from my family, and they're giving me dreams to harm my perception of those around me so that i will self-isolate. This is cheap for the state, the police, and the intelligence service to do, because for gangstalkers it’s just small jobs, and the neighborhoods and shops are of course on board once they’re convinced that I’m a terrible person who deserves it. What I’m experiencing is psychological torture of the highest degree. Things look bad for me, even though I’m surviving for now. I’ve heard that if they get you committed to the psych ward or get you in prison, they just torture you even more, so my goal going forward is of course not to react to the gangstalking and to stay calm. What i have noticed, is that they really need plausible deniability to more forward to get rid of you, they need you to not be believed my anyone, and they need that you don't have any supporting people around you. This means they cannot let the general public know about gangstalking.

Especially if you are unhoused and a female what is the reason. Unless I’m inside a home, apartment, or hotel I am constantly followed by men. I created a new account due to some disturbing requests on the old one. Does anyone else deal with this daily? Why do they watch so hard why everytime I go somewhere everyone has to put their eyes on me it’s like they can even sense when you are in a car they turn around and look with a smile on their face. I’m trying to figure out I know when I responded to a posts in this thread I told the person it might be a Truman show because it happens to so many of us certain people.

I'm going to make a few posts on this topic and break the information into smaller chunks which don't take long to read. In order to make sure the posts stay posted and meet guidelines, I will say that what I am sharing is based on my personal experience as well as conversations I've had with individuals involved with these programs. Readers can compare the information to their own experiences and decide for themselves as to how accurate they believe it to be.

I realize there are people who will say humans have been dreaming forever and it is a natural phenomenon. I am not sold on this idea but I will concede that I do not know one way or the other as I cannot speak to people who were alive hundreds of years ago. That said, if there is a natural dream process, it can be hijacked by Remote Neural Monitoring technology. There is no doubt in my mind that all of my dreams throughout my life have been induced by RNM and I've been alive for quite some time.

A dream as I know it is essentially akin to an AI driven video game engine. It's quite easy to comprehend when one looks at it in that manner. We are immersed in a virtual reality simulation and experiencing it from the first person point of view, same as playing a first person POV video game. Landscapes, faces, objects, animals, etc. are all being created in the moment based on the algorithm and programming.

The process of manipulating the brain and nervous system has been perfected. It cannot be believed unless experienced. It is quite remarkable. Pity it has been used in such horrific ways.

* Memory suppression and E.D.O.M. (Electronic Dissolution of Memory)

Robert Duncan discussed E.D.O.M in Project: Soul Catcher. This is the process of erasing memory. I think we all can attest that is possible. You remember something quite clearly for several seconds or even minutes at times and then can no longer recall it. It seems to just vanish. Forgetting is obviously a natural thing but it can also be induced. People usually forget something over the course of weeks or months and not thirty seconds after it happened. Blanking (losing one's train of thought) is also natural but can be induced as well.

Memory suppression is the process of disabling the memory process during the experience. A person has a dream and experiences it in all its intensity but only remembers the last second or two of it upon waking. While dreaming, the memory is not 'recording'. The experience is not being filed away to be recalled later. Just before waking, the system enables the memory function so the person can remember the tail end of the dream but not the entire dream.

* Levels of aggravation

While it is possible to fly above the clouds, swim with whales or find oneself standing on the moon watching transformers battle, the majority of dreams for most people seem to fall into various levels of aggravation and negativity.

- Low level attacks:

You watch a chef make you the best cheeseburger you've ever seen and as you go to take a bite, it falls to the floor and becomes inedible.

You set your eye glasses down for a few seconds and when you try to retreive them, they are gone. You are now essentially blind and stumbling around the room trying to find them.

A person for whom you feel affection tells you he/she no longer desires your company.

Family members tell you they hate you.

A person flirts with you and at just the moment when you think it's going to happen, it doesn't. The person disappears.

The classic dream of finding yourself naked in a room full of clothed people.

- Mid-level attacks:

Your best friend drives you both off a cliff in his new car.

Your doctor is helping you with a physical ailment and suddenly grabs and needle and stabs you with it.

Dreams involving terrible bathroom experiences such as a person aiming the stream at you or you not being able to use a toilet because it's overflowing.

You see a person who is dead, think the person has somehow magically come back to life, run to the hug the person and just before the hug happens, you are hit with an electric shock which knocks you to the ground and the dream ends.

- High-level attacks:

Being forced to watch animals be slaughtered.

Physical pain accompanying terrifying experiences such as being attacked by people or demons (common sleep paralysis experience).

- Highest-level attacks:

Dreams none of us will ever share with anyone.

* Lock engagement

A short list of prompts is given to the system in order to start the initial sequence and narrative of the dream and the handlers then let it run for anywhere from a half hour to three hours or more doing its own thing. A person may be woken many times during this process and this is one of the tactics used to cause sleep deprivation.

* Motor skills control

The system can enable or disable the movement of the limbs during sleep. It is similar to memory suppression. As an example, if you've ever found yourself playing a sport such as basketball and woke to find your arm raised above your head as though you'd just made a free throw, your motor skills were enabled. The same dream can be experienced and your arm will not move at all if your motor skills are suppressed.

During the in-between phase of sleep and wakefulness, it is possible for the system to generate an image in the mind such as a fly passing by your face and your arm will instinctively swat at it.

* R.E.M sleep

The rapid eye movement during sleep is a result of your brain believing it is awake. The images are induced in the mind and the eyes start moving in an effort to follow the imagery, same as they would if the eyelids were open while awake. The image can be perceived to the left at first and the eyes will move to the left. If the image is then perceived to be moving overhead and to the right, the eyes will track up and to the right in an effort to follow it.

Sound can also be induced and controlled in such as way as to be perceived as coming from any direction.

The dream experience is designed in a way to make the body believe it is awake while keeping the person's cognition and control suppressed. The part of the mind which controls consciousness and the ability to make decisions is somehow completely disabled yet perception of the senses can still be attained as the senses are manipulated by an external force (RNM attacks).

People being subjected to the highest level attacks are essentially being subjected to extremely traumatic situations every night of their lives. The brain believes the experience is real so the body reacts by releasing levels of adrenaline and norepinephrine on a daily basis that would normally only be released once or twice every few years. This leads to everything which is commonly associated with PTSD. Elevated levels of cortisol and glutamate, low levels of serotonin and GABA, and elevated inflammatory cytokines in the blood and brain. Anyone who has woke from a nightmare with his/her heart racing well above its normal resting rate understands this feeling. It all leads to a slow, systematic breakdown of the body and mind.

Add the knowledge that the targeted individual is being surveilled, stalked, harassed and treated like a lying, delusional lunatic by others who are oblivious to all of this, and you see the perfect recipe for destroying a life without leaving a single fingerprint at the crime scene.

As I wrote at the beginning of the post, this is to let others who are having these experiences know they are not alone. Please feel free to share your experiences and thoughts on the matter.

The group however big they may be that is using and has been for years v2k on me is a local or state law enforcement. I'm very confident of this. They have told me they are going to release videos and embarrassing pics of me. Not so much blackmailing other then telling me to turn myself in which is idiotic and no one would ever do even if they were going release videos of me. These videos would be of me nude doing embarrassing things. Things that people do when they're by themselves. Does anyone have any experience with v2k and what they get with video and pictures as far as what they see? I have theorized and hope I'm right that there visual feed is in 1st person. But they are telling me they are from behind or 3rd person. Is this even possible? I suppose it maybe could be seeing how insane it is they literally can see through my eyes but if they can somehow see on third person or from different angles that opens up alot more compromising and much more easily identifiable ways of identifying me.

Hello I have been hearing voices and having people harass and stalk me constantly and talk to me in my mind 24/7 all hours of the day nonstop after a sketchy clinic visit and being anesthetized and feeling something go up my nose that made me want have a throw up sensation (then I asked to use the bathroom after realizing something was very wrong and after being told I was getting a stem cell implant

I got up from the bathroom and made the mistake of walking back to the room where I was anesthetized and something got implanted in me.

I lost my job, and this has been going on for about 2 years. I hear high pitched ringing sounds

Co workers and neighbors that I know in my mind, music that keeps playing then changing track

Threats from stalkers, telling me to do various things.

I keep hearing voices in my head and I've been labeled schizophrenic by the hospital and my doctors.

It can also affect drugs and substances I take a hit of a cigarette and I can't feel a thing or take a shot of vodka I feel nothing, it's controlling my sleep and I don't get much maybe one or two hours my dreams.

What did someone implant into me, why can no doctor or hospital help? Why am I hearing voices or people I know / people I don't know asking me to do things for them and harass them?

What should be my next course of action, leaving the country to another one for medical help, going to the cops?

I just started taking a medication that has abuse potential. I noticed before I take it in the morning and after it wears off the V2K is ramped up. Right after I take it, it is greatly reduced. Whenever i drink alcohol it's also basically turned off entirely. Obviously this is to subconsciously push you towards addiction. I see a lot of talk of current or prior drug use here and I suspect if there is a "use drugs" button in your mind they can easily press it if they find it. I don't imagine TIs who are addicted to something they can OD on or are spiraling out of control will last long so be mindful of that.

In my situation its gotten to the point where they just admit it. had people say he knows hes being followed outloud while laughing. They talk about my thoughts right in front of me. These people are very creepy. Its very strange to me to have this much obsession of certain people.

I was diagnosed with cptsd due to repeated workplace mobbing and many horrible situations I experienced. I am currently bedridden due to depression. At the moment, I have filed a lawsuit to survive in this capitalist system where no one can survive without money. If gangstalking is initiated by the government, I am quite baffled by my situation because many people beef about the broken justice system in the UK. At the same time, I am pretty convinced that my case is substantially strong enough to prove that my treatment was unlawful or unfair compared to other counterparts. I am generally feeling sick about racism, sexism and a sense of inferiority as an ethnic minority. I want to find a safer place but my child seems to like the place because of his school and friends. I mean, as a mum with no established career, I mean, I can do whatever my child prefers. I am not very interested in socialising. Although I used to enjoy but it feels so meaningless after multiple instances of narcissistic abuse. I just want to find some kind of work that could bring me a sense of meaning in life and some kind of identity but I don’t know what it would be right now. Narcissistic abuse made me feel empty inside. No hard work is valued but I was discarded when they no longer needed me or stopped seeing me as a good source of narcissistic supply. I wonder if any international couples had to split because of gangstalking? Imposing financial stress and psychological warfare that led an individual to feel paranoid about organised harassment against me is a heinous and wicked act. I am sure it is another orchestrated form of narcissistic abuse. Do you tend to move somewhere else? Or what did you do?

I’m beginning to theorize by looking at current and past “lone wolf” incidents that a few, to many, to most of these “crazed” individuals may have been victims of the psychological invasions that we face. Many of them mentioned mind control and other things. I’ve theorized that it’s possible that they could be using the violent reactions of these “fringe” individuals to consolidate the surveillance mechanisms on everyone else. Though just a theory. Any thoughts?

For the first time, one of the people I believe has been recruited into this group of harassers dared to say something that might reveal what I am a victim of, or who is behind it.

This person is a colleague of mine. We work for the same company. Every afternoon, at a particular time, he starts a conversation with me and asks where I'm going. I always tell him I'm going to the shop, even though I'm actually going somewhere else.

Today, when I was coming back from that place, he stopped me and said, "Did you go to the shop again?"

Then he added, "THEY will sort you out!"

To me, this sounded like a clear threat. He didn't say "I" or refer to one person. He said "THEY," suggesting a group of people.

What does he mean by "sort me out"? Are they going to beat me up? Are they going to kill me? Who are "they"?

He didn't say anything else, and I simply continued walking without responding to him.

I should also add that I believe this same colleague has been participating in what I perceive as verbal signals directed at me, specifically through coughing.

So yeah I'm just looking for any kind of advice possible I've posted on hearingvoices, telepathy, and others looking for something to help me be able to cope with what the voice is saying and the way my whole body reacts to what is being said it's not random things I hear it's extremely specific and fucking terrifying so any ideas or advice or anything would be greatly appreciated.
