In fairness the digivolved digimon are canonically human-level intelligence or above and would be able to consent. Neither franchise really touches the subject of sex but Digimon dives more into how Digivolution changes a Digimon’s mental faculties and knowledge

I remember getting into it when I was little; as long as you start somewhere sensible, you should be good.
Digimon are data-based lifeforms; you could hypothetically load one into a computer. As they amass resources (computational power, storage, combat experience, etc.), they grow and change. Unlike Pokemon, they can evolve along different and very weird branching paths. If they run out of these resources or get defeated, they can devolve all the way back to an “egg” and will mostly need to start from scratch, losing most of their memories of being evolved but still being the same individual.

They don’t touch on sex because, despite a bunch of Digimon looking like men and women running around in fetish gear, it’s still ultimately a show for young kids. Romance between humans and Digimon has come up a few times before. Quite infamously in Digimon Ghost Games.

Gardevoir, you can just...use a fighting type more or something since she is crazed, so use like, idk, Aura Sphere or Focus Blast.
