Wow, so many people here are uncultured. The very incredible and popular artist Khyleri has an ongoing gag/plotline about the rivalry that stems from jealousy towards a gardevoir by a vaporeon because the former became their master’s lover. I am fairly certain that the artist here is making an allusion to that, not treating the vaporeon as randomly being in the background and behaving like an animal while the other two pokemon are clearly sentient beings.

It's not the same art style and in the picture there's Red instead of the guy in the comic. It is not a part of the comic.

I actually think this is the artist that makes cursed Pokemon drawings, but i'm not entirely sure.

I had a bad feeling about where this was going when the trainer saving the Ralts (that evolves into...) also owned a Vaporeon.

Would not be surprised if "Dad" is on his PC looking for hot Lopunnies in his area.
