Question Staring B1.

Hallo Zusammen.

So I have started my B1 course on DW and am using this resources (questions at end)

Nico Weg

Seedlang for vocab

Easy German Videos

Speakgator (ik AI not good as actual but its the only option available for me rn )

Easy German Podcast ( just started)

Reading book suitable for lvl (currently reading an Alchemist Graded reader for B1-B2)

Here my questions:

Are these resources good

Also yk at B1 dw starts deu to deu translations but I am using Seedlang which is eng and deu so is that ok or should I start using smth else? I used Anki befroe where I had German on front eng at back but it didn't activate the vocab like Seedlang does for me

You could begin by reading our FAQ and then the rest of our wiki. There's a lot of info there to get you started.

Seedlang is great. I like their color coding for articles. For hard to remember words I suggest using mnemonics. Picture a silly image that helps you remember the word and the article.

Your list looks solid, and Seedlang with English is fine at B1. Switching to German-only explanations matters more for grammar than for vocab, so I wouldn't change what's working.

One thing I'd add for the articles: I made a free app for that, https://panderdiedas.com/en. It has the nouns from the official Goethe B1 list and lets you drill just the ones you got wrong.
