Related Artist/Similar Genre Goth rock adjacent reccomendations?
So i love rob zombie and I know the goth community isnt his target audience but im trying to make a Playlist of songs like his. Things that aren't goth rock but are still loved by the community due to its macabre themes or haunting melodies. Does anyone have some recommendations?

Some ideas in no particular order with a couple song suggestions. Some of these are more electro, some more rock to metal. Happy Hunting and don't blame me if you think these suck!

Lord of the Lost: Raining Stars, Morgana, Miss Machine
Blutengel: Oxidising Angel, Sing, All These Lies
SKYND (all song about killers or true crime--def macabre!): Gary Heidnik, Elisa Lam
Wednesday 13: Bad Things, I Love to Say Fuck
The 69 Eyes: The Chair, Brandon Lee
End of Green: Demons, De(ad)generation
Ego Likeness: Burn Witch Burn, Darkness
Ashbury Heights: If You're Shooting with the Left It Means the Right is Working, Glow
Yellow Lazarus: Dead Slot Machines, Insects in Dry Places
Solar Fake: Sick of You, All The Things You Said
Beseech: Endless Waters, Fiction City
Flowing Tears: Mine is the Ocean, Serpentine
Poisonblack: The Glow of the Flames, Exciter
Charon: Deep Water, Colder
Saviour Machine (and Eric Clayton) if you are OK with predominantly Christian lyrics: Son of the Rain, Behold a Pale Horse, American Babylon
Cradle of Filth: Nymphetamine, Foetus of a New Day Kicking, Temptation
Shriekback: Faded Flowers, This Big Hush
Avatar: The Dirt I'm Buried In, Going Hunting

Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus (Thinking of the southern vibes of “House of a 1,000 Corpses” and the Educated Horses album)
More DM - Rush, Mercy In You, In Your Room, Barrel of a Gun, It’s No Use, Useless, Policy of Truth, Enjoy the Silence, Stripped, Black Celebration, Fly on the Windscreen, Strangelove, Behind The Wheel, Never Let Me Down Again, Blasphemous Rumours.

My life with the thrill kill kult share similar themes with Rob zombie. Neither gothic rock or metal, but might fit.

There are bands specializing in horrorcore rap (Diggy Graves), horrorcore metal (Ice Nine Kills), horror metal (Deathless Legacy), and true crime metal (Skynd). All of them are worth listening to.
