Hello! currently completing my work experience log for my Cambridge GEM application. How detailed is everyone going on their reflection? a few lines/ a paragraph?

Also- would non-healthcare experience be worth putting on there to discuss soft skills i can link to working as a doctor? Any advice appreciated!!
