I got VTEC in my VW yo. I got intake runners that open at 3K rpm and variable valve timing.

Does it come with extra lift? Or is it more like iVtec? Cause there's a difference.

It does, intake timing is “infinitely” variable. My version of the EA888 doesn’t have variable exhaust valve timing but some do.
