Yeah but where is the intake and is there a diff breather, and are the electrical connections water proof? I assume if its going in water he knows what he's doing, but many people throw a snorkel on their rig and assume it can swim now.

Intake is just below the upper platform, maybe he’ll raise it up more though

Yeah it's in front of the console underneath. It crossed my mind that itay not be high enough if he ever burries the rig haha. It also looks like if a tree trunk/stout branch got wedged in there it could damage the control cable (and engine and breather etc). This guy is clearly not an idiot, I'm sure as we see more videos he'll address our concerns.
