I work full-time, and haven't been in town since the beginning of July (partly professional, partly personal). My hobbies -birding, disc golfing, reading, crafts - are all pretty independent. Looking for recommendations for cat surrender / end of life services.

My cats lab results / X-rays today were very concerning to the vet.

Either a bowel obstruction or bowel cancer. Even if I could afford surgery, the vet said there’s not much left of his liver, could even be cancer. And if we made it past those two obstacles, he has another mass on his back that could be also cancer.

Unfortunately getting these results have wiped out my bank accounts, and I need somewhere asap and as cheap as possible.

I am 35, I am a transgender woman or at least something like that, and I'm single. I'm a bit of a shut-in and I'm unemployed on disability. Everything in my life is really good, but I'm pretty much always alone all the time. I'm mostly afraid to go outside, afraid of social media, and otherwise, too poor to afford those things anyways. I mostly spend my time listening to youtube videos, playing my switch 2, or cooking or tending to my home. I really like to follow current events and politics. and my Christian faith is really important to me. But again, I don't go outside or go to church or anything like that. Maybe we could chat here or on discord?

Being a size 16 and ordering wedding guest/ bridesmaid dresses online is always a risk bc of how small it might turn out... Turns out I'M too small for this dress - I took the cups out of it, but it's still slightly bone-in and my chest definitely does not fill it out correctly. Every other part of the dress fits just fine, it's only the chest area thats too big on me :/ does anyone know a good seamstress in the area? Marvin got out last night. He never goes outside and is was a found stray cat now enjoying his life indoors and is all but terrified of the outside. He was responding to me when I was calling him last night (making awful terrified yowling sounds) but I couldn’t locate him and he has since stopped responding. Would be in the area near north front street by the exit ramp. :(.

Responds well to his name. Very friendly but can be shy at around strangers.

UPDATE:

Marvin has been located! He was hiding in a shed (probably all night ) he’s super on edge and is absolutely exhausted. Found him having beef with another cat. Never seen him get so angry puffed up and sounded like he was screaming profanities at this other cat haha.
