Independent research has linked UPFs to heart disease, diabetes and obesity, but public health measures like adding warning labels to these products or serving fewer of them in school meals can’t move forward without a definition of what counts as ultraprocessed.

I was thinking about health issues and food this morning. We eat healthy, old and we are healthy. A lot of people will not eat healthy even if their lives depended on it. Oh wait - it does and they still won't.
