Plan Benefits Gift card keep getting sent

**I don’t know if I am posting this in the correct place, so please delete if not allowed.**

My daughter was eligible for one $50 gift card and one $100 gift card.

We got the first one and every month they have sent one since. I will admit that I have used 2 of the $100 gift cards for 2 of the $50 gift cards.

They sent another $100 gift card yesterday and I tried to call them but the first time I got hung up on.

The second time I didn’t get any actual answer to my question which is… whether they knew they were sending it a 3rd time.

Can I get in trouble for using this one? I don’t want to get in trouble for using them, but I also know that usually once a gift card has been issued, the funds can’t be returned to the sender.

I don’t know what to do and as I said, my phone calls have essentially been unanswered. Please help me navigate this

Who is sending the gift cards and why are they sent to her?

We have been struggling financially so, I’ll admit we used 4 gift cards instead of the 2 original ones, but not for lack of trying to get ahold of them. I read on google (I know to take anything on google with a grain of salt), that if they send it another time to expect the possibility that they will take it out of future rewards, but this is the 3rd time.

Must be some kind of error on their end where they keep sending by mistake. I genuinely have no idea if they would ask for them back if they catch the error. Personally I’d pile them up in my house for awhile and see if they ever request them back before spending. I know you mentioned you tried contacting them too but were unsuccessful, I’d try again.

The second time I chalked it up to them sending the ones from last year to, but now I’m confused. I think we could all use an extra $100, but not at the chance of getting into legal trouble for it.
