I hate my eye bags so much and people at my school make fun of me for it and call me momo can someone please help me fix this

If anyone knows how to improve the eye area, please help 😞 My eyes sometimes look yellow, and I thought it might be jaundice, but I got checked and it wasn't. I'm also looking for advice on improving my under-eye area and eyelids. Any help would be appreciated. 🙏🏻

Edit: For everyone in the comments telling me to just go to a professional makeup artist to achieve this look, I’ve already tried multiple times to recreate it, especially the first girl’s makeup. I literally went to her page, watched her makeup tutorial, and used the exact same products she used because I already had them, so I know it can’t just be the makeup 😭

What can I do to ascend? I know skin needs work but how do I improve other areas? Would bs help?

Okay so I really need to fix my eye area but I’ve no idea what to do or how to start, as you can see from the photos I’ve got lines and dark bags when my face is relaxed then when I’m smiling I got this bunching up of skin under my eyes.

I’ve tried searching what it is but I get back different answers Everytime, some say it’s an overhypotrophied orbiculis oculi muscle but then I’ve seen tiktoks saying to train those muscles to improve your eye area.

I’ve tried caffeine cream for under eyes and it doesn’t do much for me tbh Ik it’s only temp but still no diff.

My eye area genuinely fucks me up because they look shit and I really need advice so any advice is well appreciated thank you

Pics are most to least recent. I’m on minoxidil to try to get my beard to fill in, and I plan to replace my glasses with contacts and get my ears pierced. I also want to rebuild my wardrobe back to it’s former glory but it’s hard because I don’t know where to find the type of clothes I like as they aren’t “in style” anymore.
