According to a release from the district attorney’s office, Gonzalez was found sleeping on the front lawn of a Fresno home during the early morning hours Oct. 9, 2026, when the homeowner asked him to leave.

“Gonzalez assaulted him, causing him to fall to the ground and sustain visible injuries. During the incident, Gonzalez also threw the victim into a neighbor’s parked vehicle, causing significant damage to the side of the car,” the news release said. “When the homeowner’s daughter intervened to help her father, Gonzalez assaulted her as well, causing her to fall to the ground.”

Fearing for his safety and his daughter’s safety, the unidentified homeowner shot Gonzalez. He was later hospitalized.

Miguel Parra-Hernandez was run over by ICE agents in Houston, Texas on Saturday, suffering a shattered ankle and hip. He was not the target of their enforcement operation and says he has never met him.

Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare has now announced his prosecutors are conducting a criminal investigation into this crash, looking at the possibility of charging Trump’s thugs with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after reviewing video that appeared to show ICE running him down intentionally – yet another weaponization of their vehicles. He also accused the deportation force of removing critical evidence from the scene, and said his office will sponsor Parra-Hernandez and two other detainees’ request for U-visas as crime victims.

The election truth alliance is a non-partisan group that has been analyzing poll data following the 2024 election and they’ve looked at more than just that race. They found plenty of evidence of vote manipulation when it comes to tabulators and the chances of votes happening like they did would basically impossible. They have met with multiple other experts that study this kind of stuff. The tabulator manipulation happened in a way that it wouldn’t start manipulating votes until a the vote count reached a certain point and would cut off right before a point where audits would automatically happen. Musk also literally commented right before the election about being able to manipulate the machines. Trump tried to get rid of mail-in ballots. His claims of the 2020 election being rigged were probably because he thought he had rigged it for himself but because of Covid a significantly higher amount of people did mail-in ballots.

In regards to those videos some people might have seen about mail-in ballots being found on the side of roads please look at this video. It includes ballot guides and practice ballots meaning they are not ballots that were filled out and mailed because you wouldn’t send your practice ballot and guide.

As you all likely know, the elections are right around the corner.

We're already seeing the administration trying to lay the foundation to make it more difficult for people to vote, along with finding reasons to dispute the results of it, if it doesn't go their way.

Examples of this, is the widespread gerrymandering of districts across the country, mass closing of polling centers in areas with large minority populations, and the demands for voter rolls from states, with the looming threat of "disqualifying" ballots from being counted.

It's overwhelming, and frustrating as hell, but even so, we can't just lay down and expect that everything is going to be all right. WE have to push back, and work together.

They wouldn't put so much energy into trying to disenfranchise or intimidate us, if the didn't feel our vote was worth something.

So with that being said:

Make a plan for voting.

Make sure you're registered, and you know the location of your polling place, along with what's on the ballot, aside from your congressperson.

Get a group of friends or neighbors to go together.

Get your election official's number handy.

Learn your states rules about provisional ballots if you are prevented from getting to your polling station.

I know voting doesn't feel like it's enough. Honestly it isn't. But resistance is necessary in as many ways as are possible.

Standing up to bullies and thugs is more important now, than ever.

Stand up for your neighbors and the country you love.

Don't ever forget: you are not alone, and you are not weak.

You have a right to be here, and to be heard.

Folks behind the barbed wire are rising up again. We have now entered the second week of a hunger strike by those of our neighbors held at a GEO Group-operated ICE camp in Folkston, Georgia. At least 73 and reportedly as many as 500 detainees are participating. Many of those involved are asylum seekers, being held as prisoners indefinitely despite being accused of no crime whatsoever.

They are calling for their release and due process while they seek their day in court and an end to the spoiled food and dirty water, lack of access to medical care and abusive treatment by guards. And they’re now facing retaliation for their advocacy, with many strikers put in solitary confinement and at least one leader deported.

They’re asking for our support. Here’s a few steps we can take on their behalf:

🗣️ Join a phone blitz on behalf of the strikers. Advocates are asking us to reach out to Georgia’s senators and city and local officials to intervene with ICE on their behalf and conduct real oversight at the camp, along with speaking to facility and regional ICE personnel to let them know the public is watching and supports the protesters. More than 500 of our neighbors are reportedly on hunger strike over the deplorable conditions behind ICE's barbed wire in Folkston, Georgia. So far their story has not really broken through nationally, and local activists are looking to make that change and show the protesters they have their backs.
