feeling both ends

there are voices in my head and they are constantly shifting from one pole to another in every sphere in every thought bubble. I do not know what to think , feel about this. I do know how to unravel thhis

i do kknow what i want anymore

I am so confused

I am so indecisive

I am in a negative spiral

I have become the spiral and i do not seek to help

the scary part is i am not reaching out for help because i think i cant be helped

A few Vaishnava-friendly mental health resources that may be helpful:

ISKCON Devotee Care, which focuses on the overall well-being of devotees and may help connect you with local support: https://devoteecare.org/ ;

ISKCON Dwarka Mental Health Counselling, which offers professional counseling for anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and related concerns:

https://counselling.iskcondwarka.org/mental-health-counseling/ ;

and the Vaishnava Life Counseling Program, an ISKCON initiative focused on compassionate pastoral care:

https://bharat.iskconcongregation.com/programs/vaisnava-life-counseling/ .

It is completely okay to seek professional mental health care while continuing your chanting and devotional practice.

sometimes we try to become the ideal person instantaneously, which is not practically possible.

Any action that we do which goes against what we have heard or read, we feel guilty.

But, we need to understand our limitations and what speed we are comfortable with. An understanding mature mentor can help setting the goals right.

Chant the Hare Kṛṣṇa Mahā mantra, and everything will instantly adjust. You will notice it gradually or quickly.

they are constantly shifting from one pole to another

My understanding is this is exactly what manas, the mind element, is about. Mind is the nexus of sensory information, and with that it will simultaneously develop opposing urges. "I want to work for results" and "I want the comfiness of staying in bed" and all the other desirous tensions.

The buddhi, the intellect, is the discriminating factor in that it chooses between the polar urges, based on identity and memory.

This is not a "help", but I have always found use in having some sort of understanding of the workings, even if a mystical conception. The mere idea that I am not my mind was such a boon toward facing and dealing with my own depressions and ADD and all sorts of oddities with my mind.
