I'm the founder of BeeSensible. If your team is already using ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, how do you keep track of which tools are being used and make sure people know what's allowed?
BeeSensible gives IT an overview of AI tool usage and lets you set a policy per tool. Employees see that policy when they open it. Sensitive text gets flagged before sending, but users can still continue. The dashboard shows aggregate counts, not individual prompts or employee activity histories.
You can deploy it through Intune.
Would this fill a gap in your current setup, or is it something your existing tools already cover?

4.8 stars on Gartner, 96% approval rating on PeerSpot. iboss is giving Commercial, State/Local Government entities the best visibility on the market. Not only can we see what AI tools are being use but we are also able to see into AI chats to give full transcript views, block uploads, copying and pasting, scanning transcripts to stop sensitive information from leaving the network.

Quick follow-up from last week. I'm the IT manager who built Front Row (techfrontrow.com), a free site listing tech webinars.
One thing I didn't expect: the On Demand page gets more views than the live listings, so I've rebuilt that section. What's changed:
- Every recording shows its length up front, and you can filter by length
- Each one is marked "No sign-up" or "Sign-up required" before you click, so you know whether you're handing over your email
- Nothing older than 5 months, so it's all current
- I'm still adding to it and it's updated every week with new content
It's still free with no account needed, and it links straight out to the original recording.
Keen for feedback! www.techfrontrow.com

I'm Chris, and I build ET Ducky, an RMM for Windows and Linux endpoints that reads the kernel event stream on each machine (ETW on Windows, eBPF on Linux). Every alert gets an automatic root-cause analysis backed by the kernel events that triggered it.
Patching, browser-based remote desktop, behavioral security, and reports are in the same agent and dashboard at every tier. Patches go to a tagged test ring first, and a patch is marked successful only when services come back up with no crash loops.
Workspace users are unlimited, so managers without a license can sign in and run reports.
The Free query tier is $0 with your own AI key, and managed agents are $5 a month each (100 AI queries added per seat). The Professional trial is 30 days with no credit card. Any query subscription so that you don't need an AI API key comes with 20 free agent seats.
Drafted with AI, reviewed by me.

esilientTech Advisors helps organizations turn cybersecurity & compliance requirements into workable business programs.
We support clients with CMMC, HIPAA Security, ISO 27001, SOC 2, AI governance, cybersecurity risk strategy, and fractional CISO leadership.
We work particularly well with organizations that need experienced security leadership but don’t need, or aren’t ready for, another full-time executive.
If you’re dealing with a compliance requirement and trying to figure out what you really need to do versus what someone is trying to sell you, that’s very much our lane.

I build Vaze. It's a free AI tool register for companies, with owners, review dates and renewal dates.
We also made a free seat-renewal calculator: https://vaze.ai/guides/unused-ai-seats/
Put in the seat count, your quoted prices and any minimum commitment to compare the next term.
Which part of renewing AI seats is hardest for your team: confirming who still needs access, checking the contract minimums, or getting the change approved?
