Literally could've rerouted at the next exit less than a mile away, which, in the middle of the night with no traffic, takes practically no time.

Where the video starts just shows a vehicle already half out of the lane you're in transitioning to the exit lane. No context to be seen, it just looks like someone exiting.

The car is in the far left lane, cuts across my lane not really effecting me and cuts off someone already on the on ramp lane.
