That CR90 looked awful small compared to the Arquitens, though. Despite the fact it is half of its size...

That's because it's not an Arquitens, it's the 546 which is a larger variant, most notably being used by Moff Gideon in the Mandalorian show

Yeah the imp (rebels) arquitens is substantially smaller, i believe it was 280m on the CW/Imp one and 380 on the 546, which had heen upscaled for the Mandalorian tv series
