How can I improve my eyesight?

I’m 16 years of age and I recently went to the eye doctor and my eyesight went from 300 to 350(L) and 400(R). Is there still a chance i can improve this? Apart from staring at the screen for a long time because I have online classes.

How many breaks do you have during the day? Do you have time to run outside for a few minutes, so that you get some natural sunlight?

Also, can you orient your computer such that you're sitting right in front of a large picture window? (So the window is behind your laptop screen, and if you look up from the laptop's screen, your looking outside)
