EC protest? Is it even significant nowadays? Lol random people and shopkeepers are beating them for stopping their business, after the last protest the current government clean sweeped every elections whether rajasthan local ones or dseu or assam ballot papers ones, i don't really get how redditors in their echo chambers can be this far from reality

A vast majority of IPO investors are not on Reddit. And therefore very easy prey for the recent publicity. Doesn’t matter if it’s a good idea or not, the IPO will get ample subscribers.

Ultimately, if it wasn’t extremely easy to fool the Indian population, we wouldn’t have SO MUCH corruption.

This feel like fraud, but not sure if it is legal,

they will hype up the ipo prices and retail investors buy at the hyped price,

the promoters earn a huge bonus,

after listing the retail investors see their investments drop in value and lose their money.

Irrespective of what you do, invest or don't. The company has too many employees who are gonna invest in the IPO. They even got early salary this time so they could invest in the IPO.

You might as well be part of it and earn some money if you can. Jio may be shit, at least get something out of it.
