Hey everyone! We're looking to bring a few new mods onto the team to help maintain a welcoming, safe, and comfortable space for everyone.

Must-haves:

- Empathy, patience, and understanding towards people dealing with loneliness, isolation, depression, and other mental health struggles.

- A good understanding of and willingness to uphold our community's values and guidelines.

- Good judgment, fairness, and the ability to handle conflicts calmly.

- Reliability, communication, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

- Understanding that moderation is about helping the community, not having authority over its members.

- The ability to maintain healthy boundaries while being supportive and understanding.

You don't need to be perfect or available 24/7. We're looking for people who genuinely care about this community and want to help it remain a place where people feel welcome and understood.
