Bedloft Issues

Has anyone else had issues with this company? I returned my fridge/microwave at the end the 24/25 school year in great shape. The company rep said it looked good and I thought that was the end of it. I recently received a collection notice from a debt collection company that I owed almost 70 bucks for a cleaning fee. I disputed the charge, but the agency said they contacted the company and said the debt was legit. Bedloft will not respond to me. Between the fees and rental, it would have been cheaper to just buy one.

I’m having severe issues with them now with an order that I placed in the summer and it still has not been fulfilled, but we’re on the list…

My son had a fridge outside his neighbors room until literally two weeks ago. Never ordered by those students. Lots and lots of complaints about them this fall. University housing needs to contract with someone else.
