It's a bit of a weird question I know, but I heard that yesterday there were a lot of connectivity issues like phonecalls and messaging apps like WhatsApp not working properly. Is it true, and if so is it a recurring problem in Innsbruck? Heard it might be related to the emergency broadcast system having some problems, or maybe just the mountains / weather.

I plan to come soon and depend a lot on the network for work and things.
