How would you set up this living room space?
Struggling to figure out the layout of this long living room. Would need a place for TV, couch (we currently have a left chaise couch, but we are wanting a new couch anyway - so feel free to suggest other sizes or concepts!), oversized chair, side table, & coffee table. This space features built in shelving, a wood fired stove, & a large bay window with custom cushion.
Thanks in advance!

Foyer into living room in a house of that size is diabolocal. Which is actually the entrance into the house? Does the staircase go up to a second floor with more bedrooms? How many? Or is it an escher house where you go upstairs to end up in the same laundry room that is on a level with the living room?
I highly recommend floorplanner.com as the quickest and simplest way to make an actual scale 3D model of the house, where you can move around the walls etc. which walls are carrying walls on the picture?
Guest toilet in the kitchen with only a single door is illegal in most decent places.

I would turn the powder room to your laundry (stack front load w/d). Close of door from former laundry to dining. Ad a French door to the living room laundry and turn the old laundry room to an office to allow walking to main bathroom better. And agree with many other comments like a small table and wingback chairs by the fireplace. Tv on bathroom wall with couch facing that. Put a tall thin behind couch table and a custom bench for the bay window. Also 2 large area rugs

The more I look at the whole floorplan, the more confused I am. I know you only asked about the living room, but what is going on lol?

Yes, especially the powder room in the kitchen. There's already a bathroom on that floor. The living room is so long that it's best broken up into two. Beautiful, though!

I agree with powder room off of the kitchen! We’re thinking a future project would be to remove it & expand the kitchen to that wall by adding additional countertops and cabinetry.

I'd store the custom cushion for the window. The "seat" is too high and not really made to hold people. I'd purchase two new chairs and place one on each side of the fireplace. Add a little round accent table, floor lamp and a large plant by one of the chairs. Put your tv on wall opposite window and move it as close to center as you can get it. Place a regular sofa (not a sectional) across from tv. It won't be centered in front of the window but it's the best option. Place oversized chair and side table to left of tv

I like this setup personally. The lock of bathroom access from the living room is odd. I would want to flip the closet to abutt the laundry room and have a door to the living room instead, but for the current setup this might be the best option.

Some answers are needed as to how you would use the space…
Are you renting or do you own the home?
What is your budget?
Do you watch a lot of movies?
Are you one of the people that MUST have a large tv and great sound system?
Do you drink alcohol?
Do you sit on the couch to watch tv?
Are you wanting a designed living room with new paint, lighting, etc or more just a few furniture pieces?
