Italy October 30 strike - will ÖBB Railjet be affected?
Hi all, I’m travelling from Innsbruck to Bozen on 30 October and wondering whether it will impact the ÖBB/DB RJ 87 (arriving at 17:27)
I’m unsure whether an Italian strike affects an ÖBB/DB train coming from Austria. Where can I check whether these services are guaranteed? Thanks!

The only guaranteed services are R/RE/RV trains in some specific times (commuters' times). All the other trains, including the foreign one, will be canceled, since all the people involved in the running of the trains will be on strike.
You can download the "Quadro orario" of the train stations here https://www.rfi.it/it/stazioni/pagine-stazioni/servizi-di-qualita/informazioni-al-pubblico/quadri-orario-on-line.html Then download the PDF ("Scaricare il formato PDF...") and all the guaranteed services are the one with a G in a box in the second column.
So normally, you'll have to use the R 17159 Brenner/Brennero - Merano/Meran, departure 16.38 from Brenner, arrival 17.59 in Bozen (if the RJ goes til Brenner from Innsbruck, I don't know how it works for this part of the journey).

Yes they are impacted, the staff change at the border so in normal operation Italian staff operate the train through Italy. Specially it's run by Trenord so you need to check: https://www.trenord.it/en/assistance/useful-information/in-case-of-strike-action/
Only trains 82/83 are on the guaranteed list. Train 83 is the 1130 departure from Innsbruck and 82 the Northbound service. All other long distance trains will be cancelled.
Some local trains are guaranteed during commuter times, I've not looked at the list but you may be able to chain them together.

It looks like the strike includes the railways:
