Similar face shape but Oliver and Rudy have totally different eye shapes, and different noses. Even with the skin tone swap it's pretty clear who is who, they're similar but distinct:

Sure, but the OP image is definitely implying they are more similar in design in these 2 frames than they are.
I imagine we could probably find frames where they are more similar and less similar than these 2. They do seem to pretty consistently give Rudy more of a straight line on the inner part of the eye and Oliver a more rounded inner eye, though:
Those are different due to, you know, having different perspectives and facial expressions. One is looking directly at the camera on a level field, with neutral eyes, the other has wide/surprised eyes and is looking down, with the camera being slightly higher.
