So flying cars are one step closer to reality and yall are blackpilling and name calling. People’s brains are so cooked. I think it’s weird that so many people are glazing Elon when it was the engineers at ROADSTER and SpaceX who did it, but it’s still awesome as hell.
Wait I forgot, there’s genocides happening in the world and he helped a Nazi, we can’t progress. That’s not allowed.

Ride a motorcycle and you'll see exactly why people don't need flying cars. Also that car didnt fly it did some barrel roll using compressed air probably on guide wires.

Yeah, I know it’s not flying, it’s slow-falling. Prove the wires statement. Sure you’re gonna say the driving up a wall was magnets. Which to honest did pop into my mind. I said flying cars are “one step closer to reality,” I didn’t say “we have flying cars.”
Edit: it’s great that the company that makes self-driving cars is also the one that’s looking into the flying then. We can’t have people with flying cars until human error can be erased. Too easy to have tragedies pile up. This one is manual so that’s fkin scary, but he did say this will be the only dedicated manual car they make so hopefully that means future flying will be limited to automation. Also I did grow up on motorcycles, that doesn’t change my stance on this.1

Driving up the wall is from the fan that had been proved to be possible by a different car over a year ago.

Yeah I mean I heard the explanation, and it seems believable. I was more mocking the guy saying they used cables.

I didn't see the wall one. I barely seen the barrel roll. I'd rather watch anything else. People dont need this shit.

Flying is the future of traffic tbh. Way more space in the air than on the ground. Congestion basically gone overnight. Now, once the actual, automated flying cars actually become public, it’s gonna be like another 50-100 years before they’re reasonably affordable for the non-rich, but at least the rich assholes in fast expensive cars are off our highways and not cutting us off at 70MPH.

They're pricing normal cars outside of an average person's price range and you're ready to jump on their dick over a car jumping using compressed air to barrel roll. Over 10 years ago Elon said get in your car full self drive from LA to NY. The hyperloop what happened there? If you believe this conman you need help.

You are clearly focused on pretending I’m some Elon dick rider instead of actually reading anything I say. Also ngl if someone can’t afford a car in today’s economy, I’m sorry, that’s a skill issue. Get a job and go log into Facebook. Or Craigslist. You can get a halfway decent car used for like 2-5 grand. Is it gonna last 20 years? Probably not. But guess what? You can buy 5 of them in the span you would’ve had your new car anyways and still save money.

Once again not addressing the point cause you’re too far gone to acknowledge progress. Someone had to make the first step towards the reality we’ve dreamed of for nearly 100 years. I guess it just took “world’s first trillionaire” to decide to do it. God bless those engineers. Marching us toward technological progress by tooth and nail.

So when does the roadster fly into the dealerships?
