It is very clear that there are people who frequent this sub with their wrong intentions. There are people here for the wrong reasons. There are people here who do not want justice FOR Nolan Wells and are actively against it. There are racists, and those who hold racist beliefs. This sub is to discuss the concerns surrounding Nolan’s death and to make sure someone is held accountable. This is not a sub to defend his “friends”. This is not the sub to speak badly about a grieving mother.
As of today, anything not aligned with this sub will be removed and/or banned. Feel free to make your own sub and discuss amongst yourselves. If you think this post is about you, feel free to leave a comment, so that you can be banned.

How do we move forward after the FBI refused to conduct a thorough investigation of Nolan Well's death? The answer is with your vote$!

He drowned. He drowned on air. That's why they couldn't find water. Because that is how most drownings happen - breathing good ol 02 and the back of your head gets cracked in and your throat crushed.
Seriously, the people don't even care to try to make it believable any more.

Nolan Wells’ family asked the FBI to step in after a grand jury declined to bring charges in his death. Days later, they received an answer, but the family says their fight is nowhere near over.

What’s insane to me is how easy it is to find where murderers sleep especially when their parents’ names are public knowledge along with the cities they work in. Not that I would now know or anything. Just thought about this

There have been way too many inconsistencies in this case for it to go unnoticed and ignored. Justice has not been served here . Every living being... regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic standing, and political affiliations deserve justice. It is the responsibility of 'We the people' to see Justice done when the organizations and individuals put in place to serve Justice fail to carry out their duties and responsibilities to 'we the people'

Nolan Wells was 18 years old.
A Mississippi grand jury has declined to indict anyone in connection with his death. At the same time, both the Mississippi medical examiner and the independent pathologist hired by Nolan’s family determined that his cause and manner of death remain undetermined.
Those facts can exist at the same time.
And so can the questions.
And now, with the 2026 midterm elections approaching, I think those questions need to follow us all the way to the ballot box.
On November 3, people across this country will decide who they want representing them in positions of public power.
This is one of those moments when we should remember what that power is actually for.
For me, Nolan’s case is bigger than one investigation. It is a reminder that the people we elect help shape the laws, oversight, transparency, and accountability systems families have to depend on when something goes terribly wrong.
So as candidates ask for your vote over these next several weeks, ask them questions too.
What will you do to make sure unexplained deaths are investigated thoroughly?
What should families be entitled to know when an investigation ends with unanswered questions?
What will you do to strengthen transparency and accountability in the institutions that are supposed to serve the public?
What have you already done when you’ve had the power to act?
And does the office you’re running for actually have the authority to make the changes you’re promising?
Read their answers.
Look at their records.
Understand what the offices on your ballot actually have the power to change.
Then make your own decision.
This isn’t about me telling anyone which party to support or which name to choose.
It’s about refusing to forget.
Nolan should never become just another name we talked about intensely for a few weeks and then moved on from.
If his story has moved you, remember that civic engagement doesn’t end with sharing a post, attending a protest, or demanding answers.
November 3 is another opportunity to ask what accountability looks like—and to pay attention to what the people asking for public power intend to do with it.
Remember Nolan when they ask for your vote.
Remember the unanswered questions.
Remember the families who may one day need these systems to work for them.
And vote accordingly—based on the answers, the records, and your own judgment.
Remember Nolan when they ask for yours.

This sub seems to only have one moderator who is busy moderating other large subs. Not sure why this issue is not getting attention, especially since there is a huge amount of racist users on here commenting and mass downvoting posts. They are clearly not here for justice, so why should they be allowed on this sub?

The Nolan Wells investigation is listed as “undetermined,” yet no water was reportedly found in his lungs, throat or stomach . So how are we supposed to believe this was simply a drowning? There are still too many unanswered questions. Nolan deserves justice.

Nolan’s phone made it back to shore hours before his parents got it. Now a forensic examination has raised new questions about what happened to the phone in between, including data that investigators say was deleted.

Take a critical, analytical look at the official forensic files. Specifically, why did the Mississippi State Medical Examiner explicitly document distinct bruising on Nolan's buttocks and shoulder areas, yet standard invasive forensic protocols were completely bypassed? Nolan was very handsome yet we've not heard from one girlfriend. In this investigative breakdown, we ask the uncomfortable questions: Why was a specialized sexual assault kit or an evaluation for forced physical penetration not aggressively pursued regardless of gender?Discuss Further..
