Actually, I need advice from seniors who are studying or have studied BSCS at either IBA Karachi or FAST-NUCES (any campus).

I am really confused between these two. Which one should I consider based on its current and future reputation, market value of the degree, quality of education, campus environment, scholarships, job placements, and options for doing a Master's (optional) or moving abroad for better opportunities? I am a hardcore introvert and very shy, but I want to be a dedicated tech grinder.

I am also a PVD (Person with Disability). I have a visual disability since birth. Because of this, I face eye strain,, and headaches if I stare at a screen for many hours straight w/o rest under intense pressure. I was always drawn to FAST for its hardcore grinding coder reputation and considered IBA as an alternative, but now I need honest guidance.

Let's be honest, assume If you are at FAST or IBA in any tech fields (AL,CS,CYS..) , and you could go back in time to your freshman year, which one would you choose and why?

hello guys please recommend a good non judgemental therapist who will not dismiss my issues as a normal phase and actually hears me out fully and that they aren’t too religious (i have my reasons). im 20 and ive never been to a therapist because i feel like my minor issues who aren’t life threatening wont be taken seriously but lately i have been seeing drastic changes in my behaviour and the way im taking things + some patterns keep getting worse. i feel hopeless like i have nothing to live for, no dreams no motivation and the only time im brimming with energy and will to do things is when im obsessed w a person. then it feels like everything i do is to cater to them and it becomes exhausting because my mood starts depending on every little thing they do. i feel like it could be related to bpd but i don’t wanna self diagnose and actually need professional help this time around because its getting worse w days. please recommend a good therapist if any of you has faced similar issues because i need recs based on experience and not just what someone has heard. thank you

Recently, I got my father's surname spelling corrected/changed in my own CNIC (it went from "Yousuf" to "Yusoof"). Now, my CNIC has the new spelling, but my old birth certificate (issued in 2003 by Jamshed Town, UC-06 / PECHS 1) and my B-Form still have the old spelling ("Yousuf").
