Hi everyone,

I'm from India, and I'm looking for advice from people who have studied automotive mechanics at TAFE in Australia or have experience working in the Australian automotive industry.

I have a friend in Australia who runs an automobile workshop. I recently spoke with him about my interest in becoming a mechanic in Australia, and he suggested that I come to Australia, complete an automotive course at TAFE, and then join his workshop as a mechanic.

4. Can my friend's automobile workshop employ me or sponsor me for a work visa after I complete the course? What requirements would the business need to meet?
5. Are there any other courses or pathways that you would recommend for someone in my situation?

I'm not looking to spend a lot of money on a course without understanding what happens after graduation. I want to make an informed decision before committing to anything.

പരാതി നൽകിയ യുവതിയുടെ സുഹൃത്തിന്, പ്രതിയായ അസ്ലമിന്റെ അമ്മാവനാണെന്ന് പറയപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരാൾ ചില voice messages അയച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ആ voice messages-ൽ പ്രധാനമായും രണ്ട് കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് പറയുന്നത്.

1. അസ്ലമിന് ഇതിനോടകം ജാമ്യം കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

2. പരാതിക്കാരിയായ യുവതിക്കെതിരെ ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ ഒരു Honey Trap കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ഇത് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ തന്നെ യുവതിയും അവരെ സഹായിക്കുന്നവരും ആകെ ആശങ്കയിലായി.

കാരണം നേരത്തെ തന്നെ ഈ സംഭവങ്ങളിലൂടെ ഒരുപാട് മാനസിക ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന ഒരാളാണ് അവർ.

പൊലീസിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചപ്പോൾ എന്താണ് അറിയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത്?

ഈ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ വ്യക്തത വരുത്താൻ ബെംഗളൂരു പൊലീസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് അന്വേഷിച്ചു.

എന്നാൽ അത്തരമൊരു കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന വിവരങ്ങളൊന്നും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.

With the complainant's explicit consent, I am sharing a video documenting her account of the relationship, the marriage promises she says were made, and the circumstances that eventually led her to approach the Bengaluru Police.

Some concerning developments have taken place since the FIR was filed.

According to the complainant, a relative of the accused, identified as his uncle, sent voice messages to her friend making two significant claims:

1. That Aslam had already been granted bail.
2. That a "honey-trap" case had already been filed against the complainant in the High Court.

Naturally, these statements caused considerable distress, especially when the complainant was already dealing with the emotional consequences of the alleged incidents and ongoing legal proceedings.

What happened when these claims were checked?

The complainant's side contacted the Bengaluru Police for clarification.

According to the information they received, the police had not received any court intimation regarding a bail application or no bail has been approved for him.

The complainant's side also made enquiries regarding the alleged High Court "honey-trap" case but has not been able to verify the claim.

The voice recordings have been preserved.

The impact on the complainant

What concerns us most is the emotional impact of these developments.

The complainant is already going through an extremely difficult period and has been seeking professional support from psychologists and medical doctors. Hearing claims about bail and a supposed counter-case, without being able to verify them, has added to her distress.

A request to the Reddit community:

If anyone has practical knowledge of how bail applications, anticipatory bail, or alleged counter-cases can be independently verified through Karnataka court records, genuine guidance would be appreciated.

What is the financial basis for portraying her as someone who trapped him for money when she was the one providing substantial financial support?

While the accused's side has repeatedly raised allegations of a "honey trap," the complainant's financial records present important context.

Aslam earned approximately ₹29,000 per month and frequently ran out of money by the 10th after covering his family debts and personal expenses. She, on the other hand, earned approximately ₹1.35 lakh per month, had additional rental income from her own property, and regularly supported him financially, including expenses related to their shared household and his personal needs and his family needs also.

4. Traditions: What are their unique customs, festivals, marriage traditions and religious practices?

5. Mindset and social status: Do Ezhavas have a strong community-pride or superiority mindset, similar to what is sometimes seen among Nairs and Brahmins?

6. Politics: Whom do Ezhavas generally vote for – CPI(M), Congress, BJP or others?

7. Community influence: How economically, socially and politically influential are Ezhavas in Kerala today?
