If they're using toast, this is the fourth manager in the position in the last three years, and the only access they still have to it is the password penciled on a past it under the register screen, and the email attached to the account belongs to the gm that quit or got fired in 2021, which no one has changed because doing so without access to that email or individual is a nightmare
