looking for trainer
looking for help finding a personal coach/trainer.
i’m trans mtf and looking for a personal coach or trainer to help with working out.
I’ve looked into some people and things online but i also spend way to much time online and would prefer a in person coach if possible
if anyone knows anyone who’s able to help in the durham area that would be great.
also wouldn’t mind just like a friend to help go with me to hrt meetings this stuff makes me nervous.

What exactly do you mean about the HRT meetings? Like appointments?

uhh yes im looking into going to either planned parenthood or the uhhhhh duke thing duke i think has a clinic but
1 ive never done this specifically
2 ive never done anything medical related on my own
3 im a wuss and hate doing things alone but currently dont have any friends in person or within 300 miles of me so asking someone to come to my appointment with me is a little much of a ask
in all honesty like im not seriously asking yeahh it would be baller to have a friend to go with for moral support to my appointment with me but people are busy n stuff yk plus i dont even have money rn even if i was able to secure some appointments or anything1

I live in Raleigh so it would probs only be doable on a day off, but when youre ready to schedule an appointment shoot me a dm, I will gladly go for moral support.

Radical Movement in Durham offers personal training and small groups. They're queer and have a lot of trans clients https://radicalmovementdurham.com/home

They are online (or in person if you're in Asheville) but my trans teen and I have been working with S Gold personal training for about 6 months. They are nonbinary and have a discount for trans folks. Love them. https://www.sgoldtraining.com/
