Other Hash Mark in Spanish?
Is there a specific word in Spanish used in Latin America or Spain for hash mark in the context of the picture above?

I'd call it a rayita (little line) like, "Ves esa rayita de la regla?" (Did you see that little line on the ruler?). Other people might say marca while others use línea. If you want to use a more formal/technical word, try graduación.
I'm a heritage speaker of Argentine Spanish.

No. They are lines (líneas) first and foremost. Stripes (rayas) if you want casual.
And its a cultural thing.
Each a milimiter or a centimeter.
Thankfully, contrary to the foot fetichists, its only divided into 10 instead of 32 segments.
Also thankfully, It just reads as XX milimiters/centimeters and not a fraction.

They aren’t asking what the measurements are called. They asked what a hash mark is called. You just had to take an opportunity to try and slam dunk on Americans though.

Latin America (Portuguese) - Marcação
Español (google translate) - calificación

The one of Google Translate translated it to the same word we use for grade/score (as in a school test). Should be marca, marca de medida.
