More Better Books! The shop owner and her mom run it, they have a catalog online you can search, and she will pull titles for you and hold it if you ask. Very kind people I just picked something up from them yesterday and it’s so bright and nice in there very lovely!

Second this. More Better books is a lovely place. Adore it.

Also second Big Johns.

The Friends of the Library sells used books and dvds at both the Main and Crossings Branches every day. They will also have a large pre Christmas sale Nov 26-27 in the Main Branch Theatre Gallery where used books are sold by weight. Very, very good deals!

Echo books downtown, hands down. Right beside the Penny. I’ve gotten a coffee and walked around there for hours.

I was gonna suggest this place as well, It has a certain nostalgic feel to it.

Thrift stores. Ironically, that’s where used book stores buy their books.

I like echo books because their selection is so big but their prices can be kinda wild sometimes

Echo is my go-to. Very helpful staff and family-run business. They also give store credit if you bring in some books to sell.

I like the one with tall shelves and no horizontal space to move.
