The 'BASED' User Flair is the only flair that community members can request, once they reach out in modmail as a an active, rule-abiding, and based contributor on the sub. By default the mods will assign the 'BASED' flair, along with a custom word or phrase if one is requested.

Why do leftists pick such strange hills to die on? It is constitutionally impossible for any such scenario to ever happen. The only way it could ever happen is by amending The Constitution and they don't have anything even remotely close to the votes for it.
They'd need a 2/3 supermajority in both The House and Senate just to get an amendment put on the playing field. It then has to be ratified by 3/4 of the states. They will never get 38 states to sign off on that, much less get that many congressmen and senators to risk being skinned alive by their constituents.
They'd have a better chance of winning a snowball fight with Satan on his home turf.
