Need Advice Are certain people born with luck?
Hi I always wonder that if certain people are born with absolute luck. I don’t feel jealous but when I see others thriving in friendships, relationships and other things, I feel as if I wasn’t meant for those. I have struggled with severe anxiety since childhood and even depression was intense but now it’s better. But I try to put in efforts to make friends, talking stages and it seems like nothing actually happens. It’s like everyone has something I am missing. I mean I try to love myself more everyday but at the end of the day we are humans and need a close person who can get us. I don’t know if this is because I feel very deeply and sensitive or I was actually not born with any good luck.

Yes.
The older you get, the more you will see it and for everything.
Though for me , it is more that we have path.
Tbh making friend isn't that hard but you do have to put yourself out there and accept that rejection can happen.
I would advise you to be strategic in making friends.
Target people alone not groups, pick people with common interest and use shared times to interact before asking for more. Finnaly pick people open to friendship (not everyone will be).

Tbh yes I did make friend but since I’m a highly sensitive person, I feel offended by any little jokes they make and I distance myself easily from people

That right there is a decision you are making, which is costing you friends and relationships. I used to be a “highly sensitive person” too, and guess what? I lost friends/potential friends easily. You know when I started making and keeping friends? When I saw a funny cross-stitch that said, “Nobody Cares” and realized it was true.
Stop telling yourself you’re a highly sensitive person. Just realize that Nobody Cares. Ironically, I made my best friends and widest circle of friends when I stopped needing everybody to care. Now I actually do have people who care, and people about whom I greatly care. It came when I stopped needing someone to care.

Relationships are livings thing, they have to be feed or they die. You have to understand it.
Also maybe find friends more like yourself, so those jokes wont happen.

I think it’s mostly down to effort and a willing to connect with others.
I’ve always been introvert, so I’ve often stopped myself from networking more over the years, or going to events where opportunities may have presented themselves.
It’s not down to others, it’s mostly down to ourselves to either make or break or chances in life.

What an interesting answer, I guess all those people living in the slums of Bangladesh aren’t living better lives than you because they’re not making enough effort. Lmaooooooo.

Getting on with people isnt really luck. Its a tangible skill. You could probably improve that by practicing interacting with others. However some people do have more of that natural charisma than others. I just went on a trip with a coworker and she had this. She was laughing and making friends everywhere. She even exchanged numbers with another woman at our conference (only there one and a half days) and said she will keep in touch with that woman. Ive never had the ability to mingle and connect with people like that. On one of our flights I watched her chat the whole time with the man next to her too. Its definitely a gift.

Before each incarnation, we create a life plan in which we decide which lessons we want to experience and learn from. To do so, we choose our life circumstances, gender, birthplace, parents, and even our personality traits, based on what we believe will best support us in fulfilling our life plan.
This world is a school, and the purpose is to remember who we truly are. Painful experiences often offer particularly great potential for growth. That's why many souls choose to include difficult experiences or traumas in their life plans, even during childhood and adolescence, which they can later heal, understand, and learn from. This allows them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and help others who are going through similar processes. Empathy is a form of intelligence that is particularly valued on the soul level.
However, we can also consciously choose a gentler incarnation when there are good reasons for doing so. Perhaps our previous incarnation was particularly difficult, or our lessons are only planned for later in life. Or perhaps we're already a master soul who has come to Earth to serve in a particularly light-filled way and is therefore especially well supported, which can look like "luck" from the outside.
Every soul therefore enters this world with its own individual life plan, chosen voluntarily. None of it is really left to chance. :)

People are born with:
*charisma & charm which can make them seem lucky
*very good parents who raise them with love and intention resulting (many times) in said child making “lucky choices”
*various skills and talents (like being super sociable, athletic, etc) that if encouraged and nurtured lead to opportunities that seem lucky
All of this to say, I don’t feel like it’s “luck” necessarily but various advantages that set the stage for things to go easier in life and for someone to make better choices.

People will always lie. No one is EVER in control of their lives. Argue with a wall if you disagree.
It all starts with the fact that you can’t choose who your parents are, your socioeconomic status, your genetics (height, looks, IQ, temperament, health), or your environment (geography, neighborhood, the people around you).
All of these determine your starting point in life and what you experience. Anything after that is merely damage control or steering the ship.

Can you define ' luck' ?
Purists would otherwise tell you, you make your own luck in life.
The steps you take, the decisions you make and the willingness in your heart.
I define it as: being the right person, right time, and right place?
It is what I have experienced in life.
Nor do I question bad luck, as some people would define it.
Then again ...I always say: if given a choice in life to receive just one gift eternally?
Dear God, give me good luck.
Like...Powerball?

There is a certain amount of luck in birth, but it isn’t necessarily in how you describe.
Obviously there is bad lack in birth. Born blind, paralyzed, mentally handicapped. A kid born with EB couldn’t be more unlucky.
Good luck, as in something above average, I think only exists in maybe IQ. You are, for the most part, born with your mental processing facility. IQ has been essentially proven to be completely random, with every genetic study showing people with low IQ can be born to high IQ parents. Studies of nurture reveal families where one out of four siblings maybe be gifted and excel well above the others despite similar schools, culture, and experience.
But socializing, making friends, being charismatic, these are all things that can be approved and are all about behavior and choices. What you need isn’t luck but someone to get to know you who can give you an honest criticism on where you may be doing things wrong and can improve.

People are born with appearance and personality on a spectrum. The reaction to their presence is for some lucky.
The privilege that comes with an attractive appearance can align stars.

Yes, I do believe in luck, most Europeans and Americans are living better lives than the rest of the world, why is that. The rest of the world has to work twice 3×4 times harder than us to get opportunities that we get. It is very unfortunate and it is not fair,

I used to believe that some people were blessed with good fortune but in getting closer to them I realize they were relentless. They outworked, outthought, got up earlier in the morning. They were extremely organized and I learned so much from them, the hard way.
