Can someone help me figure out the lyrics of this song?

Hi there! I'm trying to figure out the lyrics of this song cuz my level of Lithuanian is prettiy poor and I can understand only about 60% of what is being sung (tho there aren’t many words lol)I'd really appreciate any help!

Žybsi gėlės rūke. Ar dar sutiksi mane? Spindi <?> burnos būgne (I'm very unsure about this sentence). Dar sutiksi mane. Nori likti ar ne? Dengia skėtis mane. Aš lašas tik jūroje ar lietuje. Nori likti ar ne? Tvinsta miestas laike. Per plauką bėga kančia. Ko man pritrūko jau nebėra. Tvinsta miestas laike. Nori likt ar ne? Dengia skėtis mane. Aš lašas tik jūroje ar lietuje. Nori likt ar ne?

Translation to English:

Flowers gleam in the fog. Will you meet me? <?> shine in the mouth drum (once again makes no sense, I'm sure that I just can't hear the right words). You will meet me. Do you want to stay or not? Umbrella is covering me. I'm just a droplet in the sea or rain. Want to stay or not? The city is drowning in time. Suffering runs by a strand of hair (is the exact translation, but the saying "per plauka" meaning is similar to another English saying "by the skin of one's teeth"). What I didn't have it doesn't exist now. The city is drowning in time. Want to stay or not? Umbrella is covering me. I'm just a droplet in the sea or rain. Want to stay or not?

Tysm for time you spent on replying to me and thanks for English translation! I couldn’t rlly understand by ear “per plauką bėga kančia” sentence and was kinda confused by it so thank you for additional explanation as well!
