This is industry standard, all games I am familiar with do it this way. Regular ban is only for your account, if it's something more than that it would be id/hardware ban.

Also this is not official Blizzard tournament.

Aite I know he did some RMT and he's a fucking weirdo but Payo is a great person to be making content for us. He deserves a redemption arc.

How many people run 7 different accounts simultaneously just to surprise gank people in the most obscure/frustrating way. Dude fucked up but he helps keep this game good imo.
