Blizzard decided to make changes to racials. This fun little bug either was not fixed, or has appeared with the internal cooldown they put on it. Very fun for stealth classes in pvp.

Shadow resist gear probably, priests play their lives completely on defense and slowly tick you down(big emphasis on slowly with heavy reliance on trinkets and consumes like mortars), offensive spells cost a shit ton of mana. Boring but great for 1v1s

Essentially the duel ended up taking to long and timing out. Had he not had those misses in his combo he would have won. The importance of the tie is that a win gives you +3 points and a tie gives you +1. That difference in 2 points was enough to knock him out of contention as the other players that moved on had the +2 points that he did not have.

Rematch because their duel didn't end, it just timed out. Neither player wants a tie

You can still miss from behind, hitting from behind only affects block and parry
