I am a locksmith Pro-lok BLACK ic punch

We have an old black punch from pro-lok. I need a replacement carriage spring. Boss told us it's been discontinued and they only make the blue punches now. Just called customer service and she said they never made a black one, basicalluly called me stupid and that someone must've painted a blue one. Can't find anything on Google, even using reverse image search. Anyone have an idea where to get parts for this machine?

I know my local Ace has a ton of springs in all sizes and shapes. Is it possible to get something like that and adapt it to your punch? Also, I've never seen a black one.

I've been to 2 places already, I'm going to keep looking. The spring for the carriage on this machine is barely bigger than a regular LAB spring. If you scroll down you'll see the screenshots of what AI told me about the black machine. Pretty interesting

I've had Kawneer absolutely deny selling an entrance with their labels posted all over the thing.

I think the Legal departments listen in to the tech support calls and sound an alarm to avoid liability.

I meant to call back today but other projects had me distracted. I don't know why I didnt think to send pictures, I will email them Monday
