One of the best motion pictures of all time is being released today yet neither the AMC Ludington (worst theater in America btw) nor the Vogue In Manistee is screening it. Where is the outrage? Am I the only local who cares about great art?

Today, I saw Primetime at the amc in Ludington. The place was a ghost town. Everything was old and creepy. I have no girlfriend

I was visiting a month ago and found a cool place to wade and fly fish but now I’m back and I can’t remember where it was. :( I think it was possibly near the conservatory. There was a gravel road to that general location and then a little parking lot next to a little bridge. There was an entrance there to the water and a nice area for fly fishing. Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so, can you remind me how to get there from downtown Ludington? Thank you!! I thought it was off Iris Rd by that bait and tackle shop but I went down that way and that area didn’t look familiar at all.

What's there to do around Ludington for a few military guys?

Any recommendations?

Here for at least a month, so any kind of adventure is welcomed.

Hi! Me and a couple of friends are thinking of heading to Ludington for some fall cabin fun. Does anyone have any suggestions/recs for cabins that we can stay at?

Hello,

I'll be traveling to Ludington for a wedding this month and was wondering about any advice people might have as far as transportation options for getting to and from Grand Rapids Airport (GRR). Thank you for any help you can provide!

My gf and I are celebrating our 3 year anniversary and are planning to take a day trip to Ludington on Saturday. What are the most fun things we could do here that don’t involve alcohol or a ton of money?

Also, what are the best restaurants in the area that are fitting for an anniversary? (We are big foodies so we don’t mind spending a little bit more of our budget on food)

Hi,

Hoping to find a local, experienced realtor who can assist with an out of state first time home buyer. Purchase will be for a primary residence under-@200k.

Please share recommendations- and why you recommend.

Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone. I'm headed to Hamlin Lake this weekend and I'm looking for boat launch options for the lake. My family has rented a cottage for a few days and we are planning on bringing our Pontoon with us. Is the only launch the one at the state park?

I'm thinking of taking the ferry from manitowoc over this weekend for memorial weekend without my kids. Just asking if there are great places to see and do there. Not sure if I should take my car along or not. I do have a onewheel I'm gonna bring along and my drone to take some photos on my trip.

Hi! I’m trying to figure out where my grandma lived on “The Island” in Ludington in the mid-1930s. I read one article about Finn Town and I think that may have been it. Does anyone have any info on this or where that might have been located? I’m sure there’s nothing left, but I’d love to visit and see where it may have been. Thanks so much!

We are doing a little weekend get away and will be staying in Montague and am looking for some things to do this weekend. Most activities I've found don't open until may. Is there anything going on this weekend? Doesn't have to be in Ludington either.

Hello I'm new to the group, just wondering does anyone really chat in here...

Other than Ludington Bay is there any place to eat/ drink outside? Heading up this weekend, love Ludington

Looking for any guidance on different kid (elementary age) programs in the ~30 min vicinity. Sports, academic, or others - and recognizing that some of these may be different in 2021 w/covid but appreciate any guidance on ideas - Thanks!

We are visiting from Florida...just wondering where the best hills are. Staying in Ludington, but don't mind driving 30 mins or so. Thanks!

Hi fellow Michiganders, I am road tripping across the US from Ann Arbor in a camper I built out and my first stop is going to be around ludington. I’ve been there once before but only to play soccer so I was wondering if there are any nature places you know of that I could park at and spend the night for free?
