HELP Low E string has loud pitch buzz when slapped

It seems when I slap the low E string on any fret above the 5th fret, I get a pitched buzz and its loud like I'm playing a note

I just got it back from a setup so am not sure how to fix

Ive tested slapping on my other guitar and no pitch buzz like this one

You're fretting the highest fret with your left thumb (I'm assuming you're left handed and the video isn't flipped), so the note you're hearing is between that fret and the fret you're pressing with your right hand. You're not slapping the string, you're pushing it.
