Defenders are decent, but it gets much better than defenders if you like using factions. In my opinion daredevil and electra never really hit hard enough for me. Same goes for the web warriors. They do well in crowds but not as good against bosses. Xmen is probably one of the best factions in the game with a lot of versatility with damage type and ability attribute attacks. I do really like the Avengers faction with how they can synergize and move around. Avengers have 4 shock ability attribute members that ive been using for a bit now. Villains is another great faction because most of them are very strong.
Yeah, because the MCU got popular. The same way Star Lord got his story retconned to match the MCU, Iron Man is drawn as RDJ and the Inhumans had a weird surge of appearances in comics for like 4 years. That doesn't mean the previous canon is "wrong".

The defenders are a "non-team" with a rotating roster. Usually in every version at least one member stays. In this line-up Luke Cage is the bridge character with Iron fist have being on the "teams" more secret roster. Really it's just Dr. Strange's friends and associates.
I like doing stuff like this. I did like 3 playthroughs with different combinations of the X-Men, then I did Avengers (Cap, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk), Guardians of the Galaxy, Defenders like you did, Spiderverse, and Fantastic Four
Me too. I've been watching them in a really fucked up order. I started watching punisher and realized he appeared in daredevil so I went and watched that and that just kinda started the defenders kick
So my original team consisted of Wolverine, Luke Cage, Deadpool and Spiderman. They were the first I maxed out to level 300. Nowadays I just work on maxing everyone out now.
