I'm a long-time reader of xkcd, and this latest comic really touched me. It's nice to see that there's some good stuff in life, and things aren't always as bad as they seem.

It... it... touched me...

Right in the heart.

We can sue for that.

Oh, right... sorry.

Need a "I just read a comic about cancer" Hug?

Since I've forgotten to read xkcd for a while, this was the perfect anti-feel because of how ridiculous it is.

That was heartwarming.

Definitely. I saw it and decided I wanted to spread the happy.

As a fellow long time reader, this was fantastic. Randall's been through one of the worst times a person can go through, and I hope he and his wife can really move past it and have a whole new set of adventures.

It's not self-toted as A webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language for nothing.

Think his new what-if series is just as awesome.

I don't anything from XKCD will ever get to me like "Click and Drag". Randall you fucker.

Click and Drag was beautiful. I can't even begin to think how long that must have taken to make.

It was one of the few xkcds I liked, but it would have been much better with a better UI. The agonizingly slow dragging speed was bad enough, but it's even worse since a lot of it is just empty space.

I actually enjoyed the difficulty of interaction. It made you work to find things, which I thought was an interesting metaphor for... life, I suppose. There's beauty, but it takes effort to find.

Maybe that's dumb, though.

Maybe, but I feel like fun trumps "deep" messages when trying to make something enjoyable.
