Good News 1 Year ❄️ Free! (OC)

One (very difficult) year coke free after 4 years of heavy addiction. This is one of the most proud of myself moments I’ve had in my 26 years 😌

IM 19 HOURS FREE! lol Thats amazing though! Idk you but Im proud. Im always trying to quit, but, fuck me, its tough.

Focus on how awful you feel, this is the reality of what it’s doing to your body. Stay strong, you’re only going to harm yourself further if you keep relapsing.

Go make a cake, stay active, focus on anything that keeps you occupied. You absolutely 100% can do this, I believe in you!!
