I don’t get the obsession with Ryan Gosling. Sure he’s not bad looking but I don’t understand the hype and why he’s seen as one of the sexiest men alive.
If one is too handsome, they will look almost sterile. Ryan gosling is the right mix. Like objectively hugh jackman is very attractive but many women prefer ryan reynolds over him.
Most women aren't other worldly beautiful. I think guys like Jackman and Jon Hamm are almost so good looking that it's hard to even fantasize about being their partner. With Ryan Gosling, you can almost imagine you might land him in some alternate reality without looking like a literal Goddess. He disarms that fear by not having literally perfect features and a shy smile.
Ps, if you guys think he doesn't realize it and doesn't lean into it intentionally, you're sadly mistaken. He's an actor. He knows what sells about his image. He exaggerates it.
