No-Budge Cream Shadow Recommendations?

Hello, Beautiful Redditors!

I just de-potted my favorite matte-creams into a mini palette. But I only have face and lip products in it now.

Anyone have shadow recommendations? I just don't want to spend a ton of cash experimenting... sigh...

Preferrably the shadows:

* dry down and won't budge

* work well on oily and/or hooded lids

* not liquids, I want to put them in a palette

* are cruelty free

If you want to melt them and use them from a palette maybe the shadow stick (crayon style) would work? Kiko Milano, Laura Mercier, Mecca Cosmetics (Australian brand) would be my recommendations. ByTerry is nice but super expensive.
